SUMMARY:6th Annual CoDEO Dance Conference
DESCRIPTION:The Annual Dance Conference attendees include dance students an
 d teachers from Colorado and multiple regional neighboring states\; Nation
 al Honor Society for Dance Arts students\; dance teachers in K-12 public\,
  private\, and charter schools\; university level teachers from within Col
 orado and neighboring states\; regional &amp\; national choreographers\; r
 egional and national dance administrators and advocates\; health professio
 nals.\n\nOpening and Closing Showcases feature student and professional ch
 oreography.\n\nStudent Track: college entrance and scholarship audition cl
 asses in Ballet and Jazz\, the opportunity to have work choreographed on t
 hem by renowned choreographers\, special elective workshops and performanc
 e opportunities.\n\nStudent Scholarships: Students who excel in talent\, f
 ocus\, dedication and artistry will  be considered for one of three schola
 rships awarded by CoDEO to be used towards their future dance education (i
 .e tuition for  a studio\, workshop\, or college).\n\nProfessional/Educato
 r Track: engaging panel discussions\,  a wide selection of workshops-both 
 inside and outside of the studio\, group movement sessions\, performance o
 pportunities\, and the unexpected meeting of new friends!\n\nContinuing Ed
 ucation Credit: Teachers may earn credit for attending one or two days of 
 the conference.\n\nChoreography from students\, instructors\, and professi
 onals are all welcome to be submitted for inclusion in our Conference Kick
  Off: Saturday\, January 25\, 2020. \nSubmission deadline: Friday\, Novemb
 er 1\, 2019 \nFind the required application here.\n\nPresenters and Vendor
 s should be professionals in the dance community who are passionate about 
 sharing information to improve and further dance education.Guest Choreogra
 phers who are connected with a professional company or teaching at the col
 legiate level preferred. \nPresenters\, Vendors\, and Guest Choreographers
